ifmetric is a package that sets route metrics - which seems awfully
pointless, 'metric' is already supported natively by ifupdown and by
netplan. This does not need integration.
(The only possible utility is that ifmetric lets you set metrics on the
route for the local network, which netplan does not; but in the unlikely
event that this is useful, it should be implemented by extending
netplan.)
