What I noticed:
- during shutdown I got a message that unattended upgrade of mysql is going on
- next day when I tried to install qemu with sudo apt install qemu I got a
message that some other installation is ongoing and I cannot install a new
software. Also a hint was given that I could run sudo dpkg --configure -a to
fix some problems.
- When I executed dpkg, it reported that mysql was installed correctly and I
may force the dpkg configure with -f, which I didn't do
- I started installing qemu and after it finished its things, mysql upgrade
followed and then I got this automatic popup from ubuntu if I want to report a
bug, which got me here.
