Snap preseeding released in 2.408.31 (bug #1771177) is incomplete.
* Preseeding without specifying a channel will result in a build-break as
distro-info is not installed in the build environment
* Building with the ubuntu-cpc project overwrites the 'functions' file that
added snap functions
** Affects: livecd-rootfs (Ubuntu)
