It doesn't tell us why it failed to start. I wonder if it's because you
also have docker installed as a snap, as can be seen in this df output
also attached to this bug:

Could you please try the following:
sudo systemctl status -l docker.service
And perhaps remove the snap version of docker, since you are trying to
use the deb packaged one?
