Public bug reported:

Initially ubuntu 16.04 lts was running fine in dual boot mode with
windows 10. But for some reason I had to format everything and re
install. But I am getting this error ie., :executing grub-
install/dev/sda" failed. I tried installing 16.04 LTS and 18.)4 LTS but
ended up getting the same error.
