Our Docker builds have just started failing as soon as 2.0.0.484-1ubuntu2.10
was released. Whenever we call "gem2.0 install {some package}", we get an
error saying "uninitialized constant Gem::SafeYAML"

It doesn't seem to matter what package we try to install, there is
always an error.
We have build logs showing that this worked fine with
2.0.0.484-1ubuntu2.9.
