Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I think it was due to kernel update that has been taken after the fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.04 since I was trying to enable hibernation I searched the web and followed some (how-to)s. But it was giving me this problem report.
Recently I went again for fresh installation of Ubuntu 18.08 and noticed that using its default kernel I was able to get hibernation into work following some straight forward steps and now everything is OK. Sorry that I didn't reply earlier to tell that I went for new fresh installation. And sorry again that I can not test your steps here. Because every thing is going well now.
