Public bug reported:
How to Reproduce (on Xubuntu 16.04):
Step-1: Install ubuntu-mate-themes and ubuntu-mate-icon-themes packages.
Step-2: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Appearance. Switch to Ambiance-MATE
theme.
Step-3: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Appearance, click Icons tab. Switch to
Ambiance-MATE icon theme.
Step-4: Go to XFCE Settings Manager -> Window Manager.
Expected Behaviour: Ambiance-MATE should be showing in the Window
Manager styles, so we can switch the Window title theme.
Actual Behaviour: Ambiance-MATE isn't showing in the Window Manager
styles.
