Public bug reported:
I installed python3-buildbot, and after start with almost default master.cfg it
reports error:
missing buildbot-www package.
Almost default = I only enable www status.
I suppose that webview of buildmaster is basic functionality,
and because of buildbot-www package does not exist in repository,
the python3-buildbot package is unusable.
