Kernel had been downloaded and tested.
RAdeon Vega proprietary driver had been uninstalled

Kernel was installed and tested.
Kernel failed to boot without extra parameters in GRUB.
First issue had been resolved and second issue with ACPI is in force.
Kernel boots successfully with GRUB parameters ivrs_ioapic[4]=00:14.0 
ivrs_ioapic[5]=00:00.2
