Public bug reported:
After upgrading from xenial to bionic, I have this regression with
nginx.
On autostart after bootup, it fails
Aug 14 15:51:43 xxx nginx[590]: nginx: [emerg] bind() to [xxx]:80 failed
(99: Cannot assign requested address)
The address is an IPv6 address.
I can then do 'service start nginx' manually and it succeeds. But
suffice to say, I'd expect it to start up automatically e.g. after a
server reboot.
I'm not sure but I think nginx should be waiting until all IP addresses
are available.
