Hi,Thank you for you email. I tried with another USB, and also with the same downloaded file but the same error remain.I remembered I downloaded the most part of the file, the ISO file of ubuntu 16.04, at my home using IDM software. When I arrived to my university, I resumed that the remaining part of the file to be download. In my university we use VPN for connecting internet. I think the file destroied during changing the internet provider center. Since when I again downloaded the file from univiersity, with the previous USB, it installed correctly with out any erro. It might be the reason of the error. Once again thank you very much. Helena

It's not clear to me which is the root cause though. I suggest the next step to take is to try using a different USB stick, or just a different USB port. ** Package changed: xorg (Ubuntu) => linux (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1788166 Title: intrupt while coppying the files from bootabled usb Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: while coppying the files from bootabled usb it is intrupted and message can not copy all the files ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04 Package: xorg 1:7.7+13ubuntu3 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.15.0-29.31~16.04.1-generic 4.15.18 Uname: Linux 4.15.0-29-generic x86_64 .tmp.unity_support_test.0: ApportVersion: 2.20.1-0ubuntu2.18 Architecture: amd64 CasperVersion: 1.376.2 CompizPlugins: No value set for `/apps/compiz-1/general/screen0/options/active_plugins' CompositorRunning: compiz CompositorUnredirectDriverBlacklist: '(nouveau|Intel).*Mesa 8.0' CompositorUnredirectFSW: true Date: Tue Aug 21 11:54:13 2018 DistUpgraded: Fresh install DistroCodename: xenial DistroVariant: ubuntu ExtraDebuggingInterest: Yes, if not too technical GraphicsCard: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210] [10de:0a65] (rev a2) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) Subsystem: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd GT218 [GeForce 210] [1458:34ef] LiveMediaBuild: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20180731) MachineType: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
