Hi fooundjem, It seems that the service failed to restart after the upgrade. As the console output mentioned, you should check "systemctl status libvirt-bin.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
If this is still unclear I'd recommend saving your modified conffiles /etc/default/libvirt-bin /etc/init/libvirt-bin.conf and restore the original from the package [1]. Then one by one add your modifications until you have found what breaks it, you have to adapt the config so that the service can (re)start as on an upgrade that is required.
