I have this verified on Trusty 4.15 Azure, looks like the timeout issue
does not exist anymore.

However the test is still failing even with linux-modules-
extra-4.15.0-1023-azure installed

Output for this rerun:
https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/sQKYKPysDd/

I'm wondering if this is related to releases, as I can see similar failures:
    server is not listening
    disconnect, sock, done
    stderr:
    umount: /mnt/nbd-test-1611: not found

On bare-metal Trusty system, reports can be found in the comment of bug
1793321

The reason why this test was executed on Trusty that is we just
implemented a new kernel-version based blacklist feature, and rename the
blacklist from blacklist.trusty to blacklist.3.13.0.

So as we're running 4.15 kernel on Trusty, this test was triggered.
If this is not expected to work on Trusty, we can blacklist it again.
