The BT part of mobo mounted combo device rtl 8822 with wifi and BT disappears
sometimes.
Wifi seems to work without problems.
BT can just seem to disappear. I have not found a way to reinitialize it.
Rebooting "sometimes" works. BT can work fine for a while, then suddenly
disappear.
Booting into Fedora 28, BT has always been present.
Upon booting back into Mint 19, BT is present here too.
In the cases when BT has disappeared, bluetooth manager applet says "no
adapters".
bluetoothctl: power on does not work.
