Same on dell precision with nvidia Quadro M1000M:

# systemd-inhibit --list --mode=block
Who: gdm (UID 128/gdm, PID 5533/gsd-media-keys)
    What: handle-power-key:handle-suspend-key:handle-hibernate-key
     Why: GNOME handling keypresses
    Mode: block

Who: dirmeier (UID 1001/dirmeier, PID 6669/gsd-media-keys)
    What: handle-power-key:handle-suspend-key:handle-hibernate-key
     Why: GNOME handling keypresses
    Mode: block

Who: gdm (UID 128/gdm, PID 5548/gsd-power)
    What: handle-lid-switch
     Why: Multiple displays attached
    Mode: block

Who: dirmeier (UID 1001/dirmeier, PID 6605/gsd-power)
    What: handle-lid-switch
     Why: Multiple displays attached
    Mode: block

4 inhibitors listed.

But I have only my laptop open without any monitor attached.

So maybe it is not a bug in systemd?
