One AskUbuntu user got error a about sandboxing and _apt user (see

"Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file
'/home/jim/Downloads/rainlendar2-lite_2.14.2.b157-1_amd64.deb' couldn't
be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)"
