Public bug reported:

After updating to 18.10 beta the GNOME extensions website stopped
working. I installed the latest Firefox browser addon. But the website
still shows "Although GNOME Shell integration extension is running,
native host connector is not detected. Refer documentation for
instructions about installing connector.".

The extensions website also doesn't work in Chrome or Epiphany.
