Public bug reported:
All softwares are up-to-date when updated with `sudo apt update && sudo apt
upgrade`.
Update tool also says that system is up to date, but still currently running OS
version shows 18.04.1
in second step of the ubuntu-release-upgrader problem occurs.
added PPAs are:
Steam (game platform)
MEGA Cloud (Cloud sync client)
some other PPAs for edge version of AMDGPU.
