In the email I got (being subscribed to this thread) you list:

Status: Confirmed => Fix Released
** Changed in: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid
I am not sure a change is required in gnome-panel, as stated, I have the
same problem with other windows.
