Very good to all, I understand that for the Ubuntu team, Shutter has no solution for incompatibility of the dependencies with the new Gnome canons. It is not a solution but for the moment I have been able to make it run without any problem with this PPA, which also comes with support for Ubuntu 18.10: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/shutter.
The boy Panda Jim (whom I heartily thank for his good intentions) plans to keep that PPA until Xorg allows it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1765726 Title: Optional dependencies are missing for Shutter in Ubuntu 18.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/shutter/+bug/1765726/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
