subsequent QA-test on dell [optiplex] 960 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar
radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)

once I have adjusted screens to match my setup (only slightly different
to hp in prior comments; this system is just to right & has a larger
bottom monitor so alignment mostly the same)

I hit ctrl+alt+T and result is as per attachment (mostly off-screen)

as per prior screens; the left of [top] screen can be seen via the menu-
button-on-panel (top screen, or just above middle of picture vertically)

(when I'm next using my installed 19.04 I'll look there too)
