Public bug reported:
In Lubuntu 18.04, when the lxpanel on the bottom is on autohide, the audio and
network menus are impossible to use because they disappear as soon as the mouse
cursor leaves the bottom panel - very annoying. Note the substitutes that can
be added to the panel via the menu are inferior so do not reply with that
suggestion. I need the supplied visible applets to work.
Please fix for 18.04
