Tested this, at first I didn't see the issue (I was too quick & knew
what I wanted), then when I paused to read menus, yes the panel
disappeared (if mouse is on menu & not over panel). I did have this
issue when panel was in default (@ bottom), or moved to top of my
screen.
guiverc@755-lubu:~$ apt-cache policy lxpanel
lxpanel:
Installed: 0.9.3-1ubuntu3
Candidate: 0.9.3-1ubuntu3
Version table:
*** 0.9.3-1ubuntu3 500
500 http://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/ubuntu bionic/universe i386 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
related to lxpanel?, openbox config? though I wonder if changing (to a
longer delay)
<dock>
..
<hideDelay>300</hideDelay>
in ~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml would help ... it's an untidy
workaround (slows all hides down), but may reduce issue... I'll play
some..
