The terminal was working fine until a few days ago when suddenly an
unattended upgrade broke my terminal's header.
The application works fine everywhere except that it doesn't have a
header bar where I can put the title for the terminal. I can't scroll
the terminal without a scroll-whell (or 2-finger scroll); there's no
scrollbar.
Surprisingly, it is only the main terminal window that has this problem.
The Preferences window doesn't seem to have this problem.
