[Lubuntu 19.04] 
It is missing Input-Method like fcitx-hangul while installing process.
After the fresh installation, I can not find input method fcitx-hangul for 
Korean.
But, There is Input Method Framework Fcitx.

I think it is missing while installing Lubuntu 19.04
I use fcitx-hangul after installing manually
$ sudo apt install fcitx-hangul

It should be installed by default.
