Hi, thanks for the bug report!
Unfortunately, there isn't really enough information available for us to
do an investigation. We would normally need hardware information, logs
(from the few times it did boot), any special configuration or
customization (i.e. does it do this on a freshly installed + upgraded
system?).
As you've moved on to a new OS, we can't proceed any further. I'll leave
this bug here in case other people encounter similar difficulties and
wish to report anything further they know.
