Prior to Thursday's "update" from Bionic-Proposed, the MESA was working
fine; afterwards, gameplay on STEAM has become choppy and staccato;
secondary display via a USB-C through DisplayPort UD3900 (Pluggable) is
completely corrupted. See attached picture.
