SRU Justification
Impact: The linux-hwe-edge package in bionic will soon be updated to the
5.0-based kernel from disco. Drivers in this kernel require new firmware
files.
Fix: Add the missing files.
Regression Potential: The new firmware files will not be used by older
kernels, so there is no regression risk for users not using the kernel
from disco.
