verify done. verification procedure:
1. find a machine that load ath10k module. install cosmic and make sure kernel module ath10k module is loaded. 2. apt update; apt upgrade. 3. rename the board-2.bin, reboot, and make sure wifi failed. (it means: the firmware is needed for the driver work properly). and then rename back.
