(In reply to Kathleen Wilson from comment #155) > Error > CA certificates must include commonName in subject > ~~
We have a question regarding this Error. In "CA-Browser-Forum-BR-1.3.2" doc, at section 7.2.1 it's said: "The Certificate Subject MUST contain the following: ‐ countryName (OID 2.5.4.6). This field MUST contain the two‐letter ISO 3166‐1 country code for the country in which the CA’s place of business is located. ‐ organizationName (OID 2.5.4.10). This field MUST contain the name (or abbreviation thereof), trademark, or other meaningful identifier for the CA, provided that they accurately identify the CA. The field MUST NOT contain exclusively a generic designation such as “Root 1”." Nothing is said about any commonName in subject nor that that field is required. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1271513 Title: www.cert.fnmt.es certificates are not included in Mozilla products To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/firefox/+bug/1271513/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
