Bug 1365503: SmartEvidence editor - add std dropdown
+ adding standardid dropdown in standard element section
+ change elementid when changing standard id
+ save standard id from the dropdown when saving form WIP
+ update parent element id when changing standardid to show only
elementids under that standard
+ hide own elementid when populating parent element id
