This bug is here primarily to track any duplicates that might come up.
Upstream seems very adamantly against the notion of fixing this. Perhaps
Lubuntu could introduce their own fix for this, but it seems it will
mean carrying our own patches, which is perhaps a lot to ask from a
maintenance perspective and so I'd consider incredibly unlikely.
The logic is basically that a line of information is equivalent to an
item in the file list. I did refer to this as "dynamic scrolling" in the
upstream bug and do see it as a benefit. I suggested we add an option to
toggle between them, but the concern is about the inconsistency it will
cause overall, since it's overriding the value in lxqt-config-input.
