Ubuntu 19.04 64bit (affected by bug 1823004) using Thunderbird 60.6.1
(64-bit) auto-installed as a part of the 19.04 upgrade.
A .pdf could not be dragged from the desktop to an open email composed.
I could however drag the .pdf when the .pdf was displayed in its
containing folder.
