It appears 'audacity' is the exclusive user of /dev/snd/seq according to
your AudioDevicesInUse.txt.

Please try:
  1. Reconfiguring Audacity to use PulseAudio and not ALSA or OSS.
  2. Uninstalling 'audacity'.
