Public bug reported:
This issue was limited to Moonshost ARM64 node, ThunderX works fine.
After the node was deployed with 4.15 Bionic, it will install linux-
generic-hwe-18.04-edge package and reboot.
However, it will time out when waiting this node to come back up.
This will need some further investigations.
Please find the attachment for the deployment log on jenkins.
