Public bug reported:
test_defined_xhtml() is failing with the newer lxml 4.4.1. Upstream has
a fix at https://github.com/facelessuser/soupsieve/pull/152.
That fix is included in the 1.9.3 release of soupsieve, but that
includes changes that I believe would break the feature freeze of ubuntu
at this time.
