Thanks for reporting.
The packaging of Flare in Debian (and in turn Ubuntu) has changed a bit
and split into flare-engine and flare-game. So while the old flare
package is stuck at 0.19 it is in fact pulling in flare-engine and -game
1.09.01-1. So it is not that far behind. :) Still, an upgrade to 1.11
might could be nice.
