Quick comment: its opened for F-series because the "fix upstream" is
actually a "way of deviating from bad execution path" but we still need
a udev rule to make the USB pendrives (not supporting 0x80) as
ENV{ID_SCSI_INQUIRY}="0", so the logic is good (still have to test this,
next merge though).
