Hello, Like I had several problems with 19.04 (mainly the computer which didn't stop completly), I've already updated the system to 19.10 RC.
And I have no more this bug : when I drag the adress on the desktop or a Nautilus window, nothing happens : the URL is not copied but the app doesn't freeze any more.
