Public bug reported:

With a usb drive attached to a ibm power 9 witherspoon we get the following
errors:
[19:11:08] mounting device /dev/sdd1 read-only
[19:11:08] couldn't mount snapshot for /dev/mapper/pb-sdd1: mount failed: No
such device
[19:11:08] falling back to actual device
[19:11:08] destroy_device: Device busy, retry 0..
[19:11:08] destroy_device: Device busy, retry 1..
[19:11:09] destroy_device: Device busy, retry 2..
[19:11:09] destroy_device: Device busy, retry 3..
[19:11:09] destroy_device: Device busy, retry 4..
[19:11:09] Warning: sdd1 snapshot not cleanly removed
[19:11:09] mounting device /dev/sdd1 read-only
[19:11:09] couldn't mount device /dev/sdd1: mount failed: No such device

We're not sure this was causing a problem - we removed the USB drives but still
had commissioning errors on the system.
