Public bug reported:

when I upgrade to kernel 5.0.0-32-generic #34~18.04.2-Ubuntu, my computer wake 
up from mem's sleep or power on, my /dev/sda1 will remount to ready only.
It's happend many too times, but about 1 month before it's not happend.
