To replicate the problem maby this works to "create" the problem :
Logon to GNOME Logoff and login to KDE Go to System Settings > Apperance > GKT-Fonts Select Use a other fonts Apply Select Use my KDE fonts in GTK applications Apply Logoff Try to login to GNOME.... -- gtk2-engines-gtk-qt causes GNOME-panel to crash upon startup and causes Gnome to look ugly https://launchpad.net/bugs/36256 -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
