Gyula, further to what Chris asked of you please answer the following:
1) Did you install vlc from the repositories, as a snap or download it from
somewhere else?
2) What are you "double clicking" on? A file in nautilus or a vlc icon in the
dock?
3) Is the 25s delay every time you want to play a video or just the first?
