Public bug reported: 1) Ubuntu 19.10 2) 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0 3) I searched for "Pinta" in Unbuntu Software. I clicked the installation button, I expected it to install. 4) The install got stuck at 0% for several minutes. I was able to load a webpage, so my internet connection was good. I cancelled the installation of Pinta. Launch and Remove buttons appeared. If I click the launch button, nothing happens. Pinta is listed on the install screen. If I click the Remove button, I get a removal confirmation message. If I click the Remove button, there is a "Unable to remove Pinta" notification.
