Public bug reported:

python-fixtures and python-testtools are not built anymore in focal, but
still referenced by some Ubuntu-only packages.  We need to at least
remove autopilot-legacy if we don't want to re-introduce those package,
and modify autopilot-gtk to build witout the autopilot-legacy b-d.
