Public bug reported:
When I try to select my city Plasma-Widget Weatherforecast will not allow me to
select any city it defaults to the first one on the list. Using Kubuntu 20.04
Daily build but the same problem is seen in 19.10 also.
Makes no difference which weather service is selected.
