First of all, de duplicate bug #146994 is not the same as my situation,
because in my case, the repo is simply not available (network down,
configuration error, etc.) where in 146994 the repo is just read-only.
I have tested this again in 0.20 and zim does not freeze anymore, so
that's good.
Nevertheless, I would like to see a comprehensive message like in my
original bug report.
