I just came by looking at targetcli-fb and found that bug.
Let me update a few things to the current state.
$ dpkg -L targetcli-fb | grep back

$ dpkg -l targetcli-fb

That is on focal, so the issue is resolved.
The issue was resolved in targetcli-fb 2.1.43-2
Therefore Bionic still is affected, but all following versions are
fixed.
