Quiet is always removed when persistent live by mkusb-plug because
'quiet splash' is replaced by 'persisstent  '. Anyway, I ran the same
Xubuntu Focal system, that I tested according to comment #25 in the
Toshiba laptop

http://www.toshiba.se/laptops/satellite-pro/c850/satellite-pro-c850-19w/

in UEFI mode, and it was live-only. The output files, that you want, are
attached here and in the next comment.
